Happy Turkey on Turkey Day
I volunteered to roast the turkey this year, even though turkey doesn't even make it on my list of favorite meats. I brined it in a salt water bath for a full 24 hours prior to roasting, and this extra step made for a deliciously moist bird. That, and rubbing the skin with a stick of butter of course!
