Sunday Dinner: Sweet Potato Pasta

No no, not sweet potato-infused semolina, but actual sweet potato. Couldn't wait to try this recipe! It was delicious - although browned butter sauce is good in small measure, it quickly becomes cloying. I'll try a different sauce time. Any recommendations?
We actually multiplied the recipe by six because we wanted to make sure there would be enough...next time we'll just do three or four potatoes.

I've always liked sweet potato with feta, although I know it's not exactly the Italian vibe you may be going for here. With a little olive oil and some basil, I bet it would be a real winner of a warm-weather pasta dish.
